Introduction to the Center for Linguistics and Applied Linguistics


The Center for Linguistics and Applied Linguistics was founded in 2004 with a focus on the study of second language acquisition, foreign language instruction, linguistics, context study, intercultural communication and translation.

The Center has a core team of researchers, whose works in linguistics and applied linguistics are broad in scope, spanning second language acquisition, second language teaching and learning, vocabulary instruction, forensic linguistics, intercultural communication, translation instruction studies and so on.

The Center aims to achieve a great number of scientific accomplishments to contribute to the development of research in linguistics and applied linguistics.
